Objective: The present study examines the identification and framing of strategies to improve the competitive advantage of the country's skating federation.Methodology: Methodology: Qualitative research was conducted based on thematic analysis procedures (Brown and Clark, 2006). The statistical population of the research was formed by all experts in the field of skating who had an experience of more than 10 years, the sampling method was purposeful. Validation of the findings was investigated based on the four criteria of Lincoln and Guba (1985).Results: The findings indicate the extraction of 5 final concepts, including "organizational development factor" which consists of (technical development of skating sports at the country level, management skills; human resources); "Networking and international relations" which consists of (development of internal relations and development of international relations); "Marketing factor" which consists of (customer-oriented; public advertising; awareness and information; attraction of financial sponsors); The "infrastructure factor" which consists of (facilities and infrastructures; educational places and spaces) and the popularization of skating which consists of (institutionalization of skating sport and development of skating among the public and families) were among the indicators. The main ways to improve competitive advantage.Conclusion: These results can help organizations to determine their strategies to develop and expand, create and strengthen networks, and improve operational performance and support.

Objective: This study aimed at identification of new technologies in the development of recreational sports: what are drivers and motivations. Methodology: Data were collected through semi-structured interviews using a qualitative approach. In order to analyze the qualitative data, the themes analysis method was used (Brown and Clark, 2006). Results: The findings of this study showed that the drivers and motivations for using new technologies to develop recreational sports are put into five perspective: sports competencies, sports intelligence, innovation and knowledge efficiency in recreational sports, internationalism in recreational sports and transformation and increasing social orientation are divided into sports technologies.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, To develop recreational sports, new technologies can be used, which should be the main objective of enhancing the social trend toward technologies that are used to develop sport in the community. This will be achieved through intelligence of recreational sports and taking advantage of sports innovations.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between entrepreneurial passion, technological creativity and the commercialization of sports science research.Methodology: The present study is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population consisted of postgraduate students of sports science who were studying in Tehran universities during the years 1398-1397; based on Morgan’s Table, 385 students were selected randomly. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed by the opinions of Sport Management professors and experts, and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. Results: The results obtained from SMART PLS 3 showed that entrepreneurial passion (along with its five dimensions) and technological creativity each had a direct and significant relationship with the commercialization perception of students' research achievements. At the same time, entrepreneurial passion was recognized as the driving force behind technological creativity.Conclusion: Sport science students need to establish a balance between scientific and business goals and for moving on the path to commercialization, use their strong positive emotions and Identity Makers to transform their ideas (knowledge) into innovative phenomena.

AbstractObjective: Sport system in different regions of the world is managed differently. This feature has led to the formation of various functions of sports in political situations. The purpose of this study was to explore the sports challenges in the political system of the Kurdistan Region.Methodology: The researcher used semi-structured interview protocols and action research strategy to collect data from 35 experts in the field of sports policy. Thematic analysis is used to analyze the data. Results: The results show there are nine categories of decision-making authorities, classification system, ultra-sport organization, sports actors, financial support, national and regional competitions, scientific management and research, talent system and media, which includes 3 main themes: the indeterminate of the sport structure, advancing of sports in personalized way and instrumental use of sport system by political parties were determination of sport in the political system of the Iraqi Kurdistan region.Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, it can be argued that the challenges of sports in the political system of Kurdistan region are very complex and extensive. Accordingly, the proposed research framework can be helpful for decision makers to have a systematic and thorough understanding of these challenges.Keywords: sport system, political problems, sport policy, Iraqi Kurdistan region

Objective: Sport as a social concept and also regarding to its specific functions in various fields has attracted many researchers. One of the most important functions of this social phenomenon is the key role on establishment of social health. This can be investigated through perception of sport participation experiences and structure of health. Therefore, the objective of this study was to Understanding Female-Headed Single Parent`s lived experience regarding health concept through Sport Participation. Methodology: this study was carried out by qualitative research (approach) and phenomenological strategy. By using purposeful sampling 15 participants were selected and data was collected through phenomenological in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using 7-step analysis method of Collaizzi. Results: Results showed that a health concept by sport-participation of Female-Headed Single Parent consists of mental, physical, social and moral health functions. Conclusion: The health functions encompass concepts and categories that represent the fact that sport-participation for Female-Headed Single Parent creates health experience with different features, in case of continuous sport participation; the functions will affect concepts and other features of women’s life.
