Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify and validate the indicators and components affecting talent identification in Iranian volleyball.Methodology: From the paradigm perspective, research was pragmatism, mixed approach, exploratory-field nature, phenomenological and survey strategy, and applied in terms of purpose. Data collection was in the form of in-depth and semi-structured interviews (qualitative section) and questionnaires. Results: 328 initial codes including 15 main categories and 45 central categories regarding the factors affecting talent identification in Iranian volleyball were counted. The reliability coefficient of re-coding of qualitative research was calculated to be 0.91. External and content validity in the form of CVR and CVR forms were confirmed by expert professors and the validity of the structure of the research tool was performed after the exploratory factor analysis process. Model fit with SRMR calculation equal to 0.075 which showed the optimal fit of the model. Conclusion: Education (0.454), Academies (0.536), Principles and Exercise Design (0.235), Inter-organizational Communication (0.376), Facilities and Equipment (0.480), Family Support (0.441), National Stars and Heroes (0.348), Agents Value and attitude (0.432), Motivational factors (0.489), Legal factors (0.425), Intelligence and psychological factors (0.536), Volleyball Federation (0.543), Human resource activities (0.442), Anthropometric characteristics (0.474) as indicators And components affecting talent identification in Iranian volleyball were discovered and validated.

The statistical population of the study was employees of the Municipal Sports Organization. Morgan table was used to estimate the sample size. The sample size was 317 and the random sampling method was simple. To collect the data, we used the good governance scale of Moghimi, Ardakani(2011), Nargesyan et al, Public trust(1394), organizational silence, Vakola & Bouradas(2005), Hammas organizational voice(2012).Results: The results showed that good governance had a negative and adverse effect on silence and silence had a negative and adverse effect on employees 'public trust and also had a positive and significant effect on employees' public trust. In addition, the research model on the relationship between good governance and general confidence of the staff of the municipality sports organization with regard to the mediating role of silence and organizational sound, has a good fit. Conclusion: director, with the provocation of the organizational voice of the staff, understands their needs and, in the event of accountability and problem solving, automatically eliminates the collective problems and demands of the employees who are silently organized, due to the elimination of problems and ambiguities, even with their silence has not changed, their public confidence will increase and the negative impact of their silence on their public confidence will be eliminated.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to formulate a model for national champions' reluctance to sport retirement. Methodology: This research is exploratory-fundamental in terms of scope, qualitative in terms of methodology, and data-based in terms of strategy, with theoretical foundations and interviews as its data collection source. The population includes coaches, physical education masters, retired athletes and athletes. Targeted and quota sampling was conducted for exploratory interviews and the interviews with 22 people accounted for theoretical saturation. The interviews were depicted in Maxqda software for qualitative data analysis, along with open coding, axial coding and selective coding of reluctance to sport retirement, and the theory was created. Results: According to the results, 261 open codes with 21 main categories and 49 sub- categories were extracted in form of a paradigm model of factors of champions' reluctance to sport retirement including economic, individual, sport, social, management and political conditions. Conclusion: Managers, coaches and athletes' approach toward sport retirement can facilitate the development of programs to adapt individually and organizationally to sport retirement away from individual, social, economic, management and political crises. The research theory was presented along with categories on causative conditions, background factors, interventional factors, strategies and outcomes.
