Then, sensitivity of different parameters estimation of corporate social responsibility of Iranian sports clubs was calculated using fuzzy neural network. Results: Neuro-Fuzzy analyzed of the dimensions of social responsibility illustrated that the "cultural" dimension has the most importance and impact on the formation of CSR. The impact of the "social" dimensions on the "legal", "political" and "structural" dimensions is more than any other dimension. Conclusion: Sensitivity analysis of different parameters in estimating social responsibility allows club managers to become familiar with the priorities of the dimensions of social responsibility in their club and to design and develop the necessary strategies in this field.

After distributing and collecting 210 questionnaires, 175 the questionnaire was collected correctly. Gathering Instrument, Robbins (1987) standard questionnaire and Strategic thinking questionnaire for Lidka and Goldman (1988) models. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by 10 faculty members of physical education and sports sciences. To verify the validity of the questionnaire, the confirmatory factor analysis method was applied to determine the adequacy of the KMO and Bartlett's Test. The reliability of the strategic thinking questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha was 0.81 and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.77. SPSS and LISREL software was used to analyze the data. Results: The findings suggest that strategic thinking is related to the complexity of organizational structure and the proposed model has a favorable fit. Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran can reduce the complexity of organizational structure by knowing the components of strategic thinking and understanding their relationship with the complexity of the organization's structure and strive to select managers with a strategic vision.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the goodness-of-fit and explanation of the 360-degree leadership model of Denison in sports federations. Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research included all experts of the Iran’s sports federations that number was 320 people. Based on Morgan table, 171 people were selected by simple random sampling method as a research sample. The Denison's 360-degree leadership questionnaire (2007) was used for data collection. Reliability (Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability), convergent validity, and divergent validity of the questionnaires were verified and confirmed after content reliability, which was verified by 11 professors and experts. Additionally, the fitting of the general model was confirmed by the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and via Smart PLS 2 software. Results: The results of Factor Analysis show that all of 12 dimensions have a desirable level (above 0.4). Also content validity, convergent validity (AVE) and divergent validity was at acceptable levels. Also, the general fitting value of the model was GOF = 0.726 indicating its strong goodness-of-fit. Conclusion: Overall, the results of the study indicated that the Denison leadership model, which included four dimensions and 12 components, was approved its applicability in the Iranian sports federations and could provide a valuable tool for the managers of these federations to establish an effective leadership.

Objective: One of the key issues in any economic system is transparency in tax matters and the turnover of institutions and governmental and non-governmental organizations. Lack of transparency and accuracy in financial intelligence can lead to tax evasion or, in other words, a shadow economy. Shadow economy is a factor that undermines the basis of the economic system of the country by disregarding the state in its goals by questioning justice in payment in the tax system. Therefore, given the importance of the development of the sports industry, identifying examples of shadow economy in this area is of great importance.Methodology: Considering the qualitative and exploratory nature of the subject, the qualitative research method of grounded theory and Glaser method (1992) was used. First through the preliminary studies, the introductory list of effective factors was identified. Then Semi-structured interviews were conducted with (n = 25) elite knowledgeable about the subject of research. The validity of the present study was evaluated by the interviewees and then by professors and confirmed. The reliability of the results was 75 percent based on the method of the audit of the process. For data analysis, logical inductive method has been used during three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. Results: . Results open coding showed that 119 indicators could be indicative of the incidence of shadow economy in the development of professional sport in Iran. Then at the axial coding stage, the indicators were classified in 23 concepts. Finally, the 8 categories identified were selected through selective codification including tax transparency, Legal gaps, tax pay culture, taxpayer training, fraud, concealment, tax attitude and management gaps. Conclusion: In general, due to the move of sports clubs to privatization, the need for strict compliance with financial reporting requirements and the prevention of any hidden economy, the production and presentation of transparent and reliable financial information for better decision making and increased investor confidence in capital It's inevitable that Iranian clubs will be considered. Therefore, policymakers for the development of the country's sports industry can use the indicators, concepts and categories identified in their future plans to prevent any incidents and factors of the shadow economy in Iranian professional sport.

Objective: The aim of this study was identification and codifying Ethical Standards for Iran faculty Members of Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the students’ perspective. Methodology: Statistical population of this study involved 15 thousand students of Physical Education throughout Iran that 1018 students were selected randomly. Measuring instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 41 questions in five-value Likert scale. The data analyzed by Exploratory factor analysis used to determine factors. Factor analysis approach used to approve the model by determining relationship between questions with factors and factors with ethics Standard. Single sample t-test was used for analyzing the status of questions. Finally Freidman test was used for prioritization of questions and factors. Results: Using exploratory factor analysis 32 questions were confirmed by using varimax rotation. Furthermore, the questions set in six factors including, group activities 13.131, verbal and behavioral honesty 12.793, Deontology 11.577, professional behavior 9.576, scientific-research commitment 8.779 and financial responsibilities 7.699 in which predictive power of questions based on the total variance were % 63.555. Reliability of the questionnaire’s factors was between 0.73- 0.88 and total reliability was 0.84. Considering questions and factors, all of the questions had a significant relation with their factors (T value=1.96). Goodness-fit test showed that x2 / df ratio was 3.84 and RMSEA was 0.053. Also all the factors had a significant relationship with the concept of ethics standard (T value=1.96). Conclusion: Compilation of the ethical Standard which is derived from the religious principles and national culture can help the scientific community of physical education of Iran.
